Dreamcatchers Empowerment Network collaborates with numerous government agencies and local businesses to offer its diverse group of clients a complete support program. It is the first vocational rehabilitation program certified by the state of California that is affiliated with a mental health rehabilitation center.

Dreamcatchers Empowerment Network's services range from assisting participants with initial hurdles such as securing social security cards and teaching them how to take public transportation, to providing paid work assessments, employment preparation and actual job placement with businesses in the community. We teach our clients about the importance of attendance, punctuality, appearance and attitude, and their verbal, writing and multi-tasking skills, as well as how to interact with supervisors and co-workers. Dreamcatchers educates the communities in which it operates, helping to erase the stigma associated with disabilities and demonstrating that when given the proper support, clients can lead productive lives in their local communities.

“They supported me by helping me find another job that ended up being a great fit. I know I would not have gotten that far without them… It is a wonderful feeling to participate in life again.”  - Lisa
